I thought that I would post one last time to let everyone know my rights were terminated. I hired an attorney and all the information that ex gave was correct. The attorney withdrew from the case and I decided noth to fight it anymore. She legally became his child last month. I do realize now how little I did for her, seeing it on paper made me wake up and see that I ahdn't done her right. I respect him for being there for her when he didn't have to be, even though my ex should have done more to help me be a better father. I also have more respect for all of you who are fighting for your children ansd wish you all luck,and I will now move on and go on.

 are you sure? A lot of times theres things that arent on paper that go a long ways to. Maybe not in court, but in the heart. And thats what really matters. Every stuations different and only we can make our own for ourselves.
