I am having to do a Parenting Plan on my own. My attorney quit, plus he decided not to do any more revisions on the only one he sent out to the both of us, most of it was incorrect, and he didn't even put in all of the stuff my X agreed to on the parenting plan I did, and had attorney send to him to look at.
So since I am having to do it myself, can I just submit to the Courts, then have X look and agree to it there? I don't want this to take any longer than it already has.
I'm in Kansas btw.
Thanks
Post this question on Socrateaser's page. He could answer it for you.
Depends on some things,
Do you and the other parent agree on this parenting plan? If you two get along I suggest sitting down and seeing if it works for the both of you. If it doesn't, you probably have to sumbit it to the courts, get a court date, serve the paperwork to the other parent and go to court.
I would ask Soc.

I would think the court would require mediation to finalize your plan.
