Title: can I get mandatory drug screening for my sons mom?

I motioned for modification of custody bcause I found out she got fired from her job for failing a random drug test(she told me herself!).  Can I get this in a modification of custody?

I'm not sure, but I would think that it would be doubtful unless you have some kind of compelling proof that she's using drugs and edangering the child.

You may need to subpeona her boss to testify as to why she was fired.
