My ex has finally agreed to mediation in regards to access. The mediator (her choice) contacted my lawyer yesterday. At this point I am pretty much willing to accept any mediation she will agree to but I want to make sure I have covered the bases. When I contact this mediator what questions should I be asking? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
