my ex's ex roommate wants to testify against her....anyone know how much or little this helps??
Good, anyone other then family is usually good. Find out why they are not living together and what proof she has. Your ex's lawyer will say they had a fight/ or whatever and the friend is getting back at ex.
her ex roommate was a mutual aquantance of ours. Due to a behavioral order, i stopped contact with her once i knew my ex lived there. she kicked her out because she was trying to help my ex get on her feet, gave her a job with her company and as soon as my ex started getting her wages garnished for child support she quit without notice and got a new job. when that job started garnishing she quit again. then her roomate said no drugs at all......well her next door neighbor came over and told her to smoke weed in the house! So my friend confronted my ex and bf and they said they would get high elsewhere and she said " no leave". When they left, she found pee clean and stuff.
