My ex-husband has custody of my 2 children. He NEVER follows the court order and is intent on making my life a living hell. After 2 years it is beginning to get to me. I decided to follow the court order to the letter of the law....as it will only help me when I file a motion to modify.
However,
I need to change a visitation this Christmas and possibly switch with him. Is there a form letter I can send him (registered of course) to "ask" for this and also have somewhere give a time frame for him to respond so that I may buy our airline tickets in time to receive a better deal?
Thanks for any help!
I suggest going to the state resources center and look at all the forms listed and see which fits your needs. It's state specific so it should help you out.
