Title: divorce/restraining order
Post by: jackflash on Dec 15, 2003, 09:12:51 PM
2nd marriage.
We got in our last fight .
She got me out on a restraining order.
I had asked her to leave after calling me a bad name in front of my 12 y.o. daughter.
We,ve been married 2 years.Nothing but rocky and psycho.
They kept the restraining order on me at the hearing.
Divorce is in progress.
She has to vacate my house by order of the judge on 15 jan.
I think he gave her time because even though her daughters 18,shes still in school.
I have a prenuptual agreement.
My attorney is filing this week on the divorce.
I have my property list on file with my trust.
The attorney has these things.
What else can I do at this point????

Some of these pages will apply more than others, but they all have valuable information:

Tips For Getting Started

Also, one of the first things you'll hear around here is "Document, document, document!". Having good records is *crucial*. Get yourself either the Parenting Time Tracker (PTT) at: http://www.deltabravo.net/custody/tracker.htm or the OPTIMAL Custody Tracking service at: http://www.parentingtime.net. The PTT is free, but the OPTIMAL service is better and well worth the money.

I'm really sorry you have to go through it again. I couldn't even imagine how your children must feel.
