I finally found the thread! I couldn't figure out what happened. We are still in the same boat. If we don't do something to get her to have to come here he is essentially out of luck. We don't know what else to do. Thank You for all you have done. Do you have any idea how to get someone here in TN that could help? I have tried and tried. I will do everything as far as research, I am pretty good at that.

You need to file a motion for a custody hearing in TN. I don't know exactly what your circumstances were when the previous attorney withdrew, nor do I know TN procedure to move your case to the next phase, so I can only give you one piece of specific advice.

If you refuse to afford an attorney in TN, then you will eventually lose jurisdiction to MS -- it's only a matter of time, because your opponent has an attorney in MS, and that attorney will keep moving the case along.
