Title: Simple Question
Post by: MYSONSDAD on Jun 27, 2005, 06:38:09 PM
1. After going thru a Custody Trial, how much time can be expected for the Judge to render their decision?

2. Is there a time frame that they must follow?

THX

Very few jurisdictions have express time frames. Some have a means by which you can request that a county's chief judge get the trial judge to act, and then follow that by requesting that the Chief Judge of the State's Highest court force the issue. But, in the real world, it almost never comes to anything more than the trial judge rendering a decision when he/she is ready.

Not really.
