Title: what income?
Post by: wallyworld on Nov 26, 2006, 08:00:24 AM
Simple question....

IL has jurisdiction.  It is a percentage (net income ) state.  THere is one child the order has jurisdiction over.  The percentage of child support is 20% net income.

1.  What annual inocme, for ONE child, is considered too much and the courts will NOT base 20% on it?

Totally depends on IL guidelines and case law, so I can't answer without researching it.

I am considering the possibility of doing research here for a reasonable charge. I'll probably post something about this in the near future.
