I've recently become unemployed and need to have my CS adjusted to reflect this change of income. I have been paying $815 per month via automatic payroll deduction. Now that I will be collecting unemployment what do I need to do to get this changed? Can I contact the ILLINOIS friend of the court office directly to have this adjusted? If so, how can I contact them? I am concerned with the court ordered amount and how do I get that changed without the need for an attourney.
