Yes she pulled another stunt to add to the long string of fake ROs etc. After numerous hearings, custody hearings etc, we just received a notice to dismiss on the divorce (she filed) yesterday, two weeks before the final hearing was due to take place.
Does anyone know if there is a legal recourse we can take to not have it dismissed, or anything?
We just want to have the girls settled down. This drama of hers is getting old. BD can file for divorce again, and he will if needed, but any avenue to save the stress on the girls having to go through custody hearings again would be appreciated.
