Is anyone else having trouble with their SPARC Cards. We have been using them for my step children for the last 3 years and as of last week the children have been unable to use them. They keep getting a recorded message saying all circuts are busy.
I have tried to access the manage our account and customer service from the SPARC Card page here, only to get an unable to connect to web server message.
Attempts to contact Legacy Communications via phone result in getting a recorded message telling me to leave a message and the calls are never returned.
