we have agreed to a mutual restraining order on both of us from having contact with each other with the exception of telephone contact about care for our son.
she has written that she wants the utilities out of her name and threatening to cut off service after the agreement of me to have temp custody of the home .Is this a violation of the Court Order?

My Attorney said that we could fight the serving of a restraining order in CT becasuse it was served via Certified Mail.
Usually people use a Sherriff or Marshall Deputy to serve process papers .....

My wife took off with our then 8 mth old son 3 mths ago and took him 1000 miles away from our home in GA to her parents in CT.I filed for divorce Pro Se and immediately filed a Police Report.Then I retained Counsil.
I have not seen so much as a new photo of our son in 3 mths.2 weeks ago was our 1st hearing.I had affadavits from 10 witnesses on how I was the primary caregiver for his first 8 mths as much of our neighborhood saw me walking the baby multiple times daily and my wife works part time outside of the home and then often goes out with the Red Hat Society leaving the baby in my care,even on weekends when I take my son with me to Insurance Seminars which I have photos attached in an affadavit of me caring for son during multiple 6 hr training seminars.
She has been prescribed a 6 mth supply of Welbutrin and only taken 5 pills of a 6 mth supply.She has posted on a medical forum of her asthma medicine makes her hallucinate and see her dead dogs ghost and that she used to be suicidal.
I work from home and she is trying to have our home sold and equity divided.I want to stay in the home and raise the baby.She quit her job and moved in with her parents when at anytme she could have done my sales job which our Corp is in her name but she signed the Agency over to me but I have to get the Corp signed over to me now,which is still in her name.
I am waiting for the Court to Assign a Guardian Ad Litem as we agreed and the Judge signed an Order that after a Guardian Ad Litem is established I will fly to CT to obtain the child for a 20 day visitation.He is now 11 mths old.I am seeking full custody as I know if it is Joint or less then the case can be thrown into CT court instead of GA which would make things awfully difficult on me.
I did get arrested for Disorderly Conduct the night before my wife left after I damaged a neighbors car window for frightening my infant son by riding up to us and revving the car motor and beeping the horn repetitivley,but other than that I have been the Primary Caregiver to my son and my wife has taken my son out of my life and allowed NO contact between my son and I for 3 months.
What can I do?

As far as the Guardian Ad Litem,will they most likely look at the Affadavits,interview the witnesses that submitted the Affadavits?I have 8 mths of receipts of baby clothing,baby toy,diaper purchases with my signature and credit card info where once a mth I would drive 45 miles away for baby supplies.
Do I stand a chance?I truly believe she is Bi Polar/Split Personality/Manic Depressive but only have her Meds and internet postings for proof.She filed a Restraining Order in CT falsely and erroneously accusing me of threatening her for sex,of abusing drugs and alcohol,prostitution,just horrible things,saying she felt the babies life is in danger with me,and then after it was dismissed she came down here,saw the witnesses and signed for me to see the baby by myself for 20 days.Our neighbor of ten years signed a statement that my wife has guns and tried to get her to go to the gun range with her and that my wife shoplifted at Walmart and Kmart and she is scared to be in a vehicle with my wife and that my wife has confided to her that her birth control pills give her Mood Swings making her bchy at me and angry at me.This neighbor showed up to court as a witness and sits in her living room watching outside all day and sees me with my son where I go for 20 minute walks on avg 4 times a day with my son.
For the Temporary Order we agreed that I will have Temporary Possesion and Full Use of the Home,That she will have Temporary Full Custody of our Son and that a Gaurdian Ad Litem shall be appointed for our son and then I get 20 days of visitation between now and the next court date but does not stipulate when.
Did I get screwed ??
Also the cost of living in the area of Ct is so out of range for us even if we were both working,we could only afford a 1 room apt in the back of someones home up there vs for the same money our 3 br/2 bth home on a 1/3 acre lot and she has only a commercial drivers license for a career which brings her a $20k income at best where she can not watch the child and still have no money to survive on vs me caring for the child in a house that he is accustomed to while I earn adequate income to provide for him from home with him and all of his toys and nursery and neighborhood he is used to
