My custody eavl. was obveously biased from the word go .
My wife in her responces seemed to be a victim.
I came accrost as hostile.
The evaluator was a women and out of 100 cases mine was the
only one in her whole history that she did`nt observe the interaction
between the children and me.
The MMPI that we both were ordered to take showed me to be a narcisus,
I would call it arrogant.
but I was`nt allowed to see hers and when I was granted a releas to get the records  she post dated it for 5 months in the future.
that did`nt help my case .
In the end The Judge found that she was more able to take the kids to Dr. Appts and such.
Thats what they based the custody schedule on .
I lost all physical and legal custody.

I have`nt seen my 3 children for 2 years.
The mother has succesivly obtained OFP`s with the moste flimsy
accusations.
In 2001 my now X wife left me and our 3 kids for 3 weeks.
when she came back she was asking for a divorce.
An argue ensued and she became violent and jumped on me and,
began pounding un me in front of our 2 ,6 and 9 year old children,
while I was on the phone with 911.
There was no dispute that she domesticly assaulted me in front of the kids.
Victem services contacted me and an OFP was filed between me and    her did`nt restrict her from any contact with the kids .
She got the charg down to a dissorderly conduct.
6 months we were divorced I was the primary care provider.
I dropped the OFP.
6 months after that she began fileing various complaints against me.
After 3.5 years I agreed to an OFP between her and me to keep her away from me.
It back fired she used this to finally get the kids away from me.
its been down hill every since ,she has now filed for a 3rd 2 year ext.
for another OFP I hope that things change but it`s hard to be optimistic.
its been 4 years of dead ends and financial ruin.
with out the money I feel helpless ,pro se just is`nt working for me .
I have been to over 30 court dates and lost 3 jobs over the years.
Still I have no physicle or legal custody but i`m oblegated to pay for support but nothing to show for it.
