I just found out that the mother of my children has been sending someone money in jail. Her mother's boyfriend is the one who told me. Can anything done about this? This is crazy. Her mother and her boyfriend told her not to come back until she has money to give to them since she is living off them free. They are very angry about this.

thanks for everyone's responses. I will be calling the police everytime she acts out and trust me this has been going on for three yrs now it's not going to change.  Does anyone know a good lawyer in md that does pro bono?

I have a question. I see my children every other weekend and now it's christmas and i have plans for my children when i see them. But the mother has my daughter in girl scouts. And everytime i take my daughter to an event she makes a scene. so i was wondering would it hurt me i didn't take her to the girl scouts meeting when i have her. I mean what if i have something to do or plan with my children. would that be considered interferring with activities? i mean i would take her to the event if i didn't have anything planned where is the line drawn when the other parent has plans for his children?

yes i did call about elderly abuse and they said she doesn't qualify since she is able to pick up a phone and call 911. They said that since she is not disable they can't do anything. But the thing is she is just intimidated by her and scared.

and she got pointed her finger in my wifes face and said shut the f up to her, when my wife said nothing to her.

So I take it the time the children were not finished with their parenting time with Dad when Mom took them back?

File and ask the court for make up time.
