So I finally win equal custody and the court redoes the support and she gets an additional  $100 and gets the court to order me to pay her attorney fees.  She works a part time job, 9 months a year at minimum wage or $1300 a month.  She is 43 years old and has 10 years of college and is working on her masters.  5 years ago at time of the divorce the court had imputed her income to $2000 a month.  Back to today, I make$7500 a month gross, this leaves me with about $5200 after the employer removes all of the taxes and mandatory fees.  I will not be able to make my house payment now with the additional fee's and will most likely have to file bankruptcy.  The better I do, the better example I am for my kids, the more dollars I loose.  Is there anything I can do to force mom to contribute to the financial responsibility of these kids???  I am physically killing myself working this many hours to try and keep up!!!  I'm in California.  IDEAS???
