My son is being barraged with false allegations of sexual abuse of his 4 year old daughter that supposedly happened during visitation at my home. He has joint custody and the mother has refused him visits, has tried everything she can to get him out of the picture. She really is unstable. He has always been the primary caregiver in CA until she violated court orders and dragged her to AZ w/o anyone's permission in 11/2011. No one seems to be listening. Her recent attempts using Dr's. visits, child protective services, police agencies and an OP did not work and charges were dropped. However, she is trying to add new and improved charges to get it all reopened.
In the meantime my son can no see his daughter because she refuses. The judge was clearly on her side and was giving her advice on how to proceed right there in court. Really???
The Joint Custody agreement is from CA and nothing has been transferred to A because he keeps having to dodge all these other bullets. Where does he turn now. He has used up most of his $ already and his daughter is now a product of Parental Alienation and no one seems to listen. Please tell us where to turn in Arizona for help.
We have the documents and proof, we just need some guidance as to how to proceed before she has him thrown in jail.
