I am a single father, never married the mother. Mother is custodial parent. Can the custodial parent save up medical and daycare bills for a year and then expect payment? I was never notified of either. The bills are new to me. I have a child support hearing coming up on the 9th of April 2013. Can someone let me know if this has ever happened them and what the outcome was?
