Gotta agree.  Take her to dr./hospital immediately~every single time!  As for the daddy thing, I know it is tough, but remain calm explain to her that you are her daddy and the only one that can be no matter what anyone says, keep telling her, she knows and will continue doing so!  Stick with it and tell her often that you love her often.  It will get better.  Document, document, document.

This is ABSOLUTE and COMPLETE BS!!!  I know that this happens all of the time.  DH was active airforce and would go TDY for 45-90 days.  EVERY SINGLE TIME he would come home, BM would say SD "doesn't know him"  "they don't have a relationship" etc. and then visitation would be VERY VERY limited.  She sent him through hell just to see his child.  Now I don't know about all of you, but if I "don't know" someone I sure the h&!! am not going to get to know them with limited contact!  On the contrary, I would need MORE TIME!  I am telling you that this system NEEDS A COMPLETE OVERHAUL!!!  I pray this legislation passes.  We need changes and we need them yesterday!!!

Ignorance breeds ignorance...and so it goes.
Do you possibly think this is why we have such a hard time getting anywhere with the system???

What state are you in?

Why did they state you have to have supervised visits also?

Why would you not want to get DFACS involved if you knew she was being abused???

We buy and keep the clothes here, she goes home in what she came in.  HOWEVER, when SD comes in shoes 2 sizes to small and clothes equally as small we purchase things that go home.  SD has repeatedly told me that BM does NOT want ME washing HER clothes.  So I went with that for a minute, but honestly it is gross, so I don't listen.  Funny BM always tells us that she needs to come back in the walmart clothes that she sent her in, yet the few times she has borrowed DD clothes they never seen another day in our house...and yes it is in the best interest of the child, but how is it in her best interest to take home the things we bought for her and not have nice things here for her?  We even tried to buy school supplies for SD and were ademently told "NO" so there it goes.

If a parent PAS's a child and the child plays the game (telling mom and therapist what they want to hear), but doesn't hate dad, Is it still PAS?

Dh sent BM a certified letter stating when he would be exercising his weekend plus 5 day "week" of summer vacation.  We sent last week, mom would not pick up.  We sent a letter to our attorney so he could forward to hers so there would be no "misunderstandings"  so DH tells BM I'll pick SD up tomorrow at 3pm.  BM plays dumb, DH tells her for his week.  BM says you didn't notify me.  Ugh yes we did, you should go to the post office and get your mail!  Well you didn't give me 30 days notice.  NO WHERE in our parenting plan does it say we have to give her 30 days notice!!!  Next year we have specific dates, but for now it just says to pick another week different from the one she chose (yes she has her 51 weeks a year and she got to pick her week 1st!)   DH had tickets to GA for the week so SD can meet his family too, now we are out a ton of money and he doesn't get his week.  Oh what a suprise.  Does this ever end?
Oh and BM has moved yet again without notice.  Tomorrow will be a week nothing no address no phone number.  Which also means DH is also denied his "reasonable contact of 1 phone call per week" Parenting plan says she has to notify in writing within 1 week! (she claims she didn't move yet, SD told us different as did HER mom!)
Again does this ever end?
Does anyone see a pattern?  I see a pattern of BM doing everything that she can to deny visitation without being out and out defiant.  SD is so afraid that we are going to keep her, gee I wonder where she gets that from?...I am just so tired...

I did respond, this is what I had to say...

You are sad and disgusting!  You ARE the reason this web site is in existance. Not all dads in this world are "dead beat dads" and dead beat or not, they can not make babies alone. Funny he wasn't a "dead beat" when you laid down with him and in the off chance he was, you still laid down with him, so what exactly does that make you?
