From what I have heard, since both parties have a child,no cs exchanges hands. It depends on the judge

Im 2 and a half years in deep..lol..I wish it were that easy to turn and run.Believe me,I wish I knew how to report her and find out if it worked. Her bf and bf's dd live with her and son.Im sure they all have their own rooms and welfare or whatever knows about the bf living there

Then they would have to add the rental income into her income and figure it out that way.Either way,no judge is going to let her do both,as in lower cs then lower it again.Let us know how you make out.

It depends.Since your son is 24 he is not eligible for cs anymore. What state are you in?

I am trying to get my gf to file for cs from her babys father. How long after she files for it will it take to actually get it? She lives in Massachusetts

So the courts just upped and said ok you quit your job,you took the loss,so the can pay less cs?THATS BULL!!If it were a father, they would tell him to sell his rental property. So have they already approved her reduction in cs?

I have a question.Pending bm(as long as she doesnt change her mind again) They have agreed to 50/50 custody.Neither one of them is working right now,bm collects welfare as well as cs.Would the father be required to pay cs,even if he got a job?

Was any income from this rental properties included in the cs calculations? If not,she doesnt have anything to stand on.She laready got her cs cut in half, and thats surprising, because most sites I see say if father quits his job, most likely he wont get a reduction because he chose to quit

Daycare can be taken into account, but alot of the time it isnt, its just included into the cs,Like say I pay $80/wk to bm and then she puts child into daycare. My cs wont go up.BM has,and shes greedy,so if she could and get away with it,she would have. Also,if you think about it,it is $17.50 for your daughter, because you are not responsible to pay for her other child.I think they will probally want a daycare provider who is liscensed to prove a bill.

Ok I am slightly confused. My fiancee and bm were never married.

So pretty much,my income would be counted if we married
