You say that you work full time. Mabey you have some money management issues that you need to deal with. I mean you say you cant get your kids clothes dispite working full time. The tax payers are helping you buy food.

 Not sure how you and your X got around the child support laws I would be interested in knowing this. I mean how can a judge let a NCP not pay CS in any amount and instead pay the mortgage?

I thought that if a mom was on welfare that agency was mandated to go after the NCP. Somthing just does not make sense with this story.

So if he won the lottery and sent you a check for 77K, how much of that 77K would be profit to you? Could you prove your out of pocket expences? How much of that 77K would you have had to spend regarless if you had kids or not?

Why dont you see if you can get him thrown in jail. God know you should not contribute any $$$$ towards the support of your child. Mabey you can have the judge order him to give you any property he may have left. How will you ever be able to pay YOUR bills with him being 2 week behind on x spouse I mean child support.

I am not afraid to say it, I dispise sending one red sent of "child support" to my PBFH of an X. I hate it with a passion.

I hate the fact that my goverment takes my money and gives it to another adult without one iota of accountability.

I hate that my money gets taken from me and given to another adult under the guise that is is for my child. When I know damn well that these funds DO NOT go %100 to my Daughter.

Its not fucking rocket science to do the math and see the results.

Everytime I buy my girl a new pair of shoes, a new bra,new socks, a brush, deoderant, school supply ETC ETC ETC because she needs them. Even know that "CHILD SUPPORT" is taken from me each and EVERY pay check.
