Does anyone know how to find out if the IRS will keep any refund? In November the NH CSEA said I owed over $5K in areares and reported it to the IRS. I disproved this rather easy with the state and have the state audit to prove it.

After the NH CSEA cleared things up, they said that they would let the FEDS know and I should be OK. Well I of course dont trust them. Before I file and let them keep any refund I may have coming (how ever small it will be) I need to find out if the IRS is planning on intercepting any refund associaed with my SS#.

So can someone point me in the right direction? I am thinking I should just be able to pick up the phone and call the IRS and ask.

Remember that no matter what she throws at you never give up the fight. NEVER!

Simply make her send you copies of the insurance benifit before you pay a dime to her this way you will know what the insurance company pays and what they dont. Or make her pay the total uninsured portion then you can reimburse her based on her cancelled checks!

I prefer the latter.

Sounds like a real greedy BITCH. Her "child" support payments end and now she want more of your hard earned $$$. Bull Shite dont pay her a Fing dime towards those bills. If she realy thought you where responsable for them she would have gave them to you as they came in.

Whats it matter that its not yours? You dont think she should have to support herself or any other kids she has do you? The court will certainly make you pay her more. Looks like you need to get a 2nd or 3rd job. God knows she needs more bon bons!

Why dont you just  take his clothes, have him give his blood, make it inpossible to pay his "own" bills, take his DL, make him pick up trash, dig a ditch or his own grave, if all of this fails just have him tossed in jail because we all know that just because you gave birth and he is not living with you he should have to PAY you.

This will be the first year that I have to deal with this issue because we have had split custody 1 child with me and one with her.

Our decree says that I get the deduction EOY and she gets it the other years. Do I still have to get her to sign this form even know I have the decree? I am almost sure she will not sign this form willingly. Whats to stop me from claiming my daughter in the absent of this signed form, provided I file before she does?

If she refuses to sign I will certainly lose $$$. Will this be somthing I could sue her over?

The Child that was with me is now an "adult" although he is still under my roof. But he is a HS grad and 19. Just because of this my CS got increased by %300. Nothing changed in my household my expences damn sure didnot go down.

Can someone tell me if there is a IRS form that the CP has to sign so the NCP can claim the child on thier tax return?
