Well it just doesn't get any more Jerry Springer than this...

DH ex (BM) has claimed that over 4-5 people have supposedly "raped" her.  One time in highschool (no charges,cops but would not report it) One time while dating DH (no charges, no cops, was his roommate, guy moved out) One was MY ex husband (no charges, definately no cops, and stopped seeing him because they were dating at the time) and this last winter her neighbor (cops, prosecuted and is serving time in your neck of the woods as we speak.)

We tried to help the 4th guy but it was too late.  She had testified she had never been assaulted before and we had a deposition and court transcript from the divorce to prove the contrary.  He appealed but the appeal could not involve any evidence to impeach the victim.

Since then she has been diagnosed with a cocktail of mental illnesses, which is no surprise to us, but the legal system believes she is capable of having children around her unattended.  Her behavior is totally nuts, and all psychologist that we speak to wonder WHY those kids are still in her care..that is another chapter...anyways.....

I believe my conspiracy theory is they are reluctant to charge her with filing a false police report in her county because the 4th guy is currently filing for an appeal.  If they charge her with filing a false police report  they will lose their rape conviction on him.

These are only our thoughts on the situation, but it makes sense doesn't it?  I have her red handed filing a false police report and they are going to let her get away with it.  It's fine though,  I came to realize that today.  That whole photographing thing, I should have been arrested for that one,if you remember, they decided to let that one go in the other county, so I think the score is even now and we just keep away and not pet the rattle snake anymore.  She will screw up bigger than that soon enough so I just to bide my time.  She is on a mission to see me behind bars.

So, how is your son doing?  Did he get therapy? Trying new meds?  We have switched to Seroquel now and we just had a sleep study done for seizures and they are under optimal control..yeeehaaaww!  He was just put on Trasidone (gotta love whoever invented that one!)  now he sleeps through the night, before he would get up 8-10 times a night.  The sleep study determined that he has "fragmented sleep disorder" aka they have no idea why he gets up. LOL!

Isn't that called "dr. shopping"?  You need to get all of those Dr.s documented, where they practice and what they actually do.  If there are no referrals to one or the other for anything, SSI will surely catch on.  Believe me the minute she gets SSI approved Child Support is in the toilet.  They can go all the way back from the date that she filed for SSI an retroactive the CS and end the order.

The only glimmer of hope that we have is that CS is going to actually close in her county.  A year ago we tried to transfer the case to our county and the judge said..."things just aren't that easy Mr. Sunshine...DENIED" CS, her lawyer, her and the DA were all in agreement to transfer it, we just wanted to go on record.  We all had our jaws on the floor, it made no sense at all.  Anyway it is going to close in that county, and as soon as she gets kicked off SSI, (which will happen, I just have to wait in the weeds) we can re-open it in our county!  Yippee!  Our county is waaay better than poe-dunk backwoods county we were dealing with...and I know how it runs quite well since my summer events..LOL *eyeroll*

Holy Moley Tulip!  I read this and I thought you were posting about our BM.  LOL!  She is now on SSI and it is all a big fat lie.  All you need to do with the SSI not to go through is give them a jingle and let them in on the meth use.  You don't get disability for being a crack addict.  They will do their own investigation on her.

CS for us was wiped clean from the date that she filed for SSI.  BM has major depression, anorexia, post traumatic stress syndrome from being raped and Dependent disorder, and more things than that, I do not dispute any of the above, I thinks she has some screws loose,  but I know she is capable of working. Even group home people have jobs that are supervised.  She has a lieing disorder, I don't know the technical name for that one!  LOL

She isn't going to come to your church.  Hell our BM just came to the school last week for the first time and met the teachers. 1st quarter is over for cryin out loud.  Great first impression.

Anywho...you need to post more and get this off your chest!  I miss ya!
Can't her doctor tell she is a drug addict?  It is pretty easy to detect.

of any good psychologists in the southern metro area?  Someone that is willing to testify in court about the children's well being and will make a recommendation?

I was actually looking forward to this last hearing.  Man am I glad I had my lawyer along.  He caught SM twice for lying to a cop to try and have me arrested.

Brief re-cap:

BF and SM and I just went through a year long court battle to modify some things in our J & D.  Meanwhile SM became totally crazy and had tried to kill herself several times and so on and so on and basically has made our lives hell since a week after their marriage. 4 days after the new order came...on came the TRO and for once, I had not done anything or even spoke to them to get a TRO.

Fast forward:

My lawyer served her (SM) up and ate her for lunch and then spit her out and then the judge fried her back up and ate her for dessert! We went all throught their evidence first, she went on and on about the GAL report this, and the GAL report that, which none of it was relevant because the GAL report was thrown out and the final orders (which are in another county) were final and mentioned nothing of what the GAL had to say.

She was extremely snotty to my lawyer and kept asking my lawyer questions while she was up there, and she tried her darndest to be Perry Mason, but it just wasn't going well for her.  The judge said "Ma'am, you don't get to ask the questions"..."your being questioned, so answer the questions please."  (I wrote that all down word for word as he was saying it, her look was priceless!)

They tried to set me up twice by lying to the cops about our court orders and had a county attorney actually working on it that I have a warrant set up.  My lawyer caught her lying several times it was just unreal.

I also had a witness from my place of employment that testified she has heard conversations of her calling me at work, all of our work phones are recorded so it was easy for my co-worker to hear them, she gladly testified to her craziness and of her calling me constantly at work.

My wiener ex didn't have much to say, he let her do all the talking on his behalf again. I couldn't believe it.  He just sat there.  My lawyer had fun questioning him though.  He admitted that he doesn't take any phone calls from me and that he intentionally makes me speak to his wife, and he thinks it is ok for her to make all the decisions.  Judge wasn't happy about that at ALL.

My lawyers summation was beautiful, he said judge, we have the right parties here but the wrong plantiff.  Plain and simply it is in fact her (SM)harrassing my client.

The judge said there is no way I am opening another case in this county because this case should be in my county, it should also be in family court, and then he turned to SM and said Ms. XXXX, you need to stay out of it.  Keep your nose to yourself, these two people have children together and there should be no reason for the two females to ever speak to eachother, as he was looking at BF.  Then he looks at her and said I do not believe BM has done anything wrong, and this proceeding is dismissed.  He then looks at SM and said, the SM is the problem in this case, and stay out of it.  So, I was pretty happy to the outcome of this one.  After court they vanished into thin air, I bet he slept on the couch that night.

....and another no show for visitation..which I am kind of glad they didn't go, I can't imagine what she would have said to them this weekend.

Next week when MY lawyer was available. He put two dates and times in the letter and the judge approved it.  Ha Ha!!  I have court next Friday afternoon for the TRO.  Yes, it is in effect until we go too.  

I have a feeling she is going to blow it though.  She has never gone 3 straight weeks without a peep since I've known her.  I will be waiting to pounce on her too for breaking her own order.  Meanwhile the no drama, trauma, as the stomach turns, crap is quite nice.  DH and I don't what to do with all our extra time from not having to keep our guard up and on high alert 24/7, or researching or calling all the county offices to get whatever report they have filed.  This has been a 2 week vacation!!  :)

I got a continuance Lucky!!  My lawyer was unable to be present and the court admin told me they do not "continue" harrassment hearings, so I had to actually show up for and ask for the continuance because my lawyer was unable to be there....my lawyer then drafted a letter to the judge asking for one and why he was unable to be there...

I got a present in the mail today, I got an order for a continuance!  AHhhhh another straight week of PEACE!!!!! Lovein it!!!

That other mess was stricken from the record, because BM never even showed up for the hearing so she can't motion for it again!  Not sure if you read tha ton the 2 families page...
