I had read before that if it doesn't say "only the respondent, ...." that it mean any one.

responsible for transporting, ..... could it be interpreated as "responsible to arange for transportation" therefore appoint someone ?

Court divorce decret state:

Respondent shall be responsible for transporting the child from petitioner's residence at the commencement of parenting time, and petitioner shall be responsible for transporting the child from Respondent's residence at the end of parenting time.

Here is the question: I want to know if it says that I have to pickup my kid myself or if I can arrange for someone (like my parents) to pick my kid ????

you can still make it legal but take child support out of the equation.

Maybe you can call him and tell him, listen, money is not of the escense to me all I want is our kids here, what if we come up to a plan where you do not pay me any child support ever and you have visitation whenever you want ?

If so, why not give him the option of comming to an agreement where he would not have to pay you child support?

If a parent wants to be the primary caregiver but does not give the care that much that usually means he worries of child support.

I guess when it comes to it, I'd like to have unbeatable proof.

In the past she has said: no, this was not the time I had our son, ....
It was her word against mine at the time and no one want to get involve in these "battles"
