Father's Issues / Justice Served
Oct 09, 2012, 12:57:45 PM
Over the years this website has been beyond helpful emotionally, mentally and financially. I have received such good information and desperately needed it since I had to go pro se. I see the same bullsh!t in a number of threads of the father being accused of vile and heinous acts. My ex did the same to me.

Within the last week, my ex was found in contempt and serving time! Also Ms. Psycho had to settle for defamation of character for all the incessant garbage she subjected my children and I to.

I'm just saying hang in there.

Father's Issues / False Claims of Abuse
Jan 11, 2010, 06:59:15 AM
The ex has made 7 claims of sexual abuse before the Court. Recently, I found out another one is coming my way. This time the kids social woker reported me to CPS for molestation. CPS did not initiate this witch hunt either. This weekend while with my children my youngest, 4, stated that her mommy told her to say disgusting things to the social worker.

Question: This is emotional abuse if you ask me. I've been investigated that I know of on 4 separate occasions all of them thrown out. I want to file emotional abuse against my ex and subpoena my youngest to testify when I go back to court on this piece of fiction.

Since the ex is undertaking this new offensive, should I subpoena because I'm worried she may totally program the kids that I am some monster but at the same time since my daughter is talking I would like CPS to hear what is going on.

Thanks. I am pro se.

Dear Socrateaser / Letter Terminating Attorney
Dec 02, 2009, 09:57:24 AM
Does anybody have a copy of a letter terminating an attorney? I can no longer pay the bills and have to go pro se. We go to court in a week and need to get this to him quick.

Dear Socrateaser / Termination of Parental Rights
Nov 27, 2009, 10:54:02 AM
Ex has full physical and legal custody, and for the 4th time she is making a Motion that I have molested / harmed the children.  Prior allegations have been thrown out by the Court. Now, children's shrink is involved and is to testify that I should have rights terminated; I can't wait to see on what grounds.

Has anybody been challenged for termination of rights based on a shrink? Does the Court look at the number of prior accusations before considering the new charges? I'm concerned because children are suggestible and I have been noticing a difference in them.

Father's Issues / Redflags
Jun 26, 2009, 01:50:56 PM
My ex continues to sleep with our two daughters under the age of 7. Recently, it came back in her Forensic Evaluation that she was possibly molested as a child, mentally ill (bi-polar, OCD, histrionic, anxieity NOS, narcisstic, suicidal), enjoys lesbian pornography, and the grandfather stated that the children have given him open mouth kisses.

Am I losing my mind but this sounds like she might be sexually involved with the girls now. Thoughts? Does anybody know the statistics on mother-daughter incest?

Father's Issues / "Preponderance of Evidence"
Jun 18, 2009, 02:12:04 PM
At the PL I got hammered by means of a picture in our family photoalbum whereby my wife claimed and won that I sought sexual exploitation of my child because the picture was an image of my 2 year olds butt. Since then I have been completely exhnonerated by CPS of no molestation, a Forensic Evaluation which concluded that my wife was possibly molested and no identifiers of me as a pedophile, and two medical reports that my child was not molested.

My concern is that I know my wife will bring up the image again at the final hearing in mid-August. Has anybody had experience and hopefully success at a final where the facts state no molestation or sexual exploitation of a child even though there was a loss at the PL based upon preponderance of evidence?

Comments would be appreciated?

Father's Issues / Wife Abandoned Home
Jun 01, 2009, 11:09:17 AM
Does anybody have experience with the wife abandoning the home, removing the kids, taking all the belongings, and leaving you with all the bills.

My court date is in August and I want to know if I should be prepared to leave the house or remain. We are fighting over custody and my attorney informs me that the wife's departure will help in the custody and assets.

I can demonstrate to the court that I have mainained the home for the children even though the children have been removed.

Chit Chat / Maryland Family Law
May 08, 2009, 10:42:56 AM
Are there others in the State of Maryland who may be interested in discussing related divorce issues as they relate to Maryland Family Law? I do have an attorney and was looking to bounce ideas off of others who may have an attorney or not but understand Maryland law.
