I ask this because if that is the case and you need to document consider virgin mobile ( they will let her keep her number ) .. it is the only prepaid that does not say "incoming calls" and will actually display the number.You can even go on line and view her phones activity...I have two teenage girls and bought them cells when they turned 12 and found that most will not display the number of the caller on the statements

I dont know if you remember me or my case I know you help so many of us here...topic #4089 will refresh as this is ongoing from that.

I was told to offer a holiday and visitation schedule...I did he sent his response and I have to answer by Monday, it will then be given to the judge and he will give a written decision ( as our hearing is 10 minutes )

I need help with wording and was wondering if I could email this to you to look at :
my offer ...his response...and what I have as far as a response ..I know what I need to say just not good at the wording...

done I asked DH's attny if he would help me.. and he said not a problem so I do feel better about that

that is the agreement that was adopted into the order.


The order states:

That the petitioners have, by written agreement filed herin, made complete settlement of thier respective rights and interests concerning custody, care, and maintanance of the minor child of the parties and the court finds affirmatively that the agreement makes adequate provision for the settlement of any and all custody, care and maintanance and all property rights between the parties, and the said agreement is incorporated into the final decree herein.

Ok one more quick question if you are here before I go to court :

here is the exact wording from my order... Both parties feel and respectfully suggest to the court that it would be in the best interest of the minor child of the parties, namely, theresa*****, for her permanant care and custody be awarded to her mother , with her Father having the right to visit said child at all reasonable times and places.


that is reasonable visitation right?
