My fiance and I are thinking about having a baby.  My only real concern is if things don't work out between us, I don't want to go through a custody battle again like I did with my first child. 

My question is, does anyone know if it's possible to set up a parenting plan before a child is born or maybe even conceived?

It's looking like the county human services won't be doing our custody study.  I'd like to do some research into which private evaluator I'd like to hire.  Any recommendations? 

For a little background.  BM and I are both seeking sole physical and legal custody of our 2yo daughter.  I currently have an OFP that grants me sole custody until April of 2010.  I know that if I can find a fair evaluator who doesn't have a bias against fathers that I will get the recommendation in their report.

Any help would be appreciated.
