Dear Members,

We have changed the CNBP Judicial Reform web site for your use. You now have the opportunity to grade your judge both in Iowa and Illinois. The information you supply to CNBP will be placed on the web site for public review. You have the option to include your full name or first name only. To protect the credibility of CNBP we do require that you supply information to help confirm your comments such as a copy of a decree. If we don't confirm comments then our credibility will be in jeopardy, understand who we are dealing with. Any information that you give will be strictly confidential, I will be the only person reviewing comments. The idea is to give the public a voice. Voters know very little about judges at the ballot box. You can change that. CNBP does reserve the right to act on any information, if we believe that the judge worked outside the boundaries of law such as denial of JPC. This is important, in order to get the courts to take us serious, we need to do this. Much is on the line here so we need your support. Click on link to see changes  http://www.cnbp.info/judicial

Additional news, Iowa bar association is looking at stiffer child support guidelines, we plan to object. We will be looking at issues for the Iowa 2005 session, were not sure yet on what they will be, we will keep you up to date.

Illinois will be looking at a new Joint Physical Care bill for the 2005 session. CNBP plans to participate in both states.

If you have any questions please contact me at 309-887-4709 after 6pm. I welcome your feedback. Don't forget, this takes money, please support our efforts.

Sincerely,

Mark Griebel

not all the areas are there for IL.  So I am assuming this web site is for the Central IL area only?
