My husband has a 3 yr old that he just found out about this year. There is a court order that he can see the child, However last week he found out that there is an order of protection.  He went to get a copy, it states nothing about why? I know that he had placed 2 police reports last week the mother would not let him see the 3 yr old, He went down town and filed a motion to see the child. After that the mother found out she placed the order of protection. I know that he would not do anything to harm them his gole is to get the 3 yr old living with us.

Can anysone give any advice?
He has court tomorrow in regards to the motion.

How can some one get an order of protetion for no reason?
Can this all be dismissed on the court date?
What happens to the time lost with the 3 yr old during this time?
