Texas Divorce

I want to file a divorce in Texas. I have been seperated for over a year and had no contact with my ex. I am now pregnant with my boyfriend's baby and need to get a divorce but have heard that I can not get a divorce while I am pregnant. Is this true- even if it is not the ex's child?

link to the Texas Family code.  You can probably find your answer there.
Or call an attorney and ask them
