Should I give up and let her have him? im having a mental crisis!

My son is 2.  I work full time.  Mother doesnt work.  We have court ordered 50/50.  We exchange every 2 and a half days.  I dont like it.  Mom does.  I want a week on week off.  But waiting for modification of custody hearing.   

My son hates leaving his mom when i pick him up.  But we have lots of fun together!  Mom comes to pick him up and hes really happy to go back with her. 

Thing is...I live with my parents so I can afford the cheapest daycare in town (applied for state assistance with no avail).  My son hates going there, so I hate it to...

Mother and I agree on me having him EVERY weekend.  That way he's with mom and not at daycare and I can save money and move out.

But Im skeptical.....What happens if and when she gets a job and needs daycare?  Will she hit me up for child support?  Forcing me to move back in with my parents...
