BM chosing to not use insurance--are WE responsible for the costs?

Thanks for the information :) It will help in the future if BM tries something like this again. I'll have DH make an appointment to talk to someone here.

For the standard, yeah. TriCare automatically put her on Standard when we moved overseas. She gets transfered to Prime during summers when she's with us, and then on Standard when she's living at BM's...It's strange...I think it might be because we are overseas, though, because she was on Prime when we were in the US... IDK... It confuses me...
