Marital Home
« on: Feb 22, 2013, 03:47:00 PM »
Going through a divorce and I signed an agreement with wife that sates I will only enter home when invited and leave when asked. She previously had a restraining order on me that courts threw out. State picked it up and soon dropped charges. Now that I have agreed to let her move back in home and am paying all bills she is acting very ugly. The prosecuting attorney that was assigned to domestic violence case was fired from this area for some reason and now he and my wife have developed a relationship. crazy...huh. I went in home after I signed agreement, which has not been filed in court and got some personel effects. She tried telling me that I could not, but I did any way. She called police and they waited till I left. My question is did I violate any laws. Is there any way she use this against me to get another OFP. What about prosecuting attorney, has he violated any laws or ethics.
