Parental Rights Ignored in Education of Children

I am a father of 2. My ex-wife is a teacher at a private school. Long story short, my son was supposed to attend the school for a year to ease the transition to 6th grade. Before I knew it my wife had gotten a job there and enrolled my daughter as well. We seperated shortly thereafter.

It is now clear to me that this not the environment for my kids. But since she is a teacher there my access and point of view is ignored.

The school has a standing policy that no child can be admitted unless there is a signed contract from both parents regardless of marital status.

I have called the shcool, written letters, my attorneys has done the same. This has gone on for 3 years.

I am stuck and frankly have reached my wits end having my parental rights stomped on.

Sadly, I have no idea what to do next.  Do I sue the school? Sue her? What?

Any help would be appreciated
