No. Venue is Benton.

No really. But, you may be wasting money. It's a judgment call over what's worth more to you -- your money or your time.

There's no way for me to answer that. It depends on how comfortable you are in representing yourself and doing the paperwork.

Well, you have a pretty good audit trail of trying to negotiate in good faith, and it appears that the other parent is just sitting on her hands for the sole purpose of attempting to frustrate your plans. However, generally attorney fees are not awarded as a punitive measure unless the other party has completely wasted the court's time. So, unless the other parent has no reasonable defense for her refusal to consent to the modification, then you probably won't receive attorney fees.
