Goodbye, Daddy
« on: Oct 22, 2004, 11:51:47 AM »
I said Goodbye to Daddy today...
Mom says it's best to move.
She says we'll have a better life
away from Daddy's "moods".
We'll have someone else to call our Dad,
someone we don't know.
I can't tell her that this makes me sad,
she really wants to go.

I said Goodbye to Daddy today...
Mom said he broke his promises
and left us all alone.
She packed up all my clothes
and threw away the toys that Daddy gave me,
I wish I would have known.

I asked, "Why can't I stay with you?"
the only thing he said
was "I love you, son.  I'm sorry,
There's nothing more that I can do."

So I said Goodbye to Daddy today...

Handle every stressful situation like a dog........if you can't play with it or eat it, pee on it and walk away.......

Nothing.

I wrote that poem last night.
Will came home from visitation w/ his kids and broke down.  He says he's lost all credibility with them, they treated him like he didn't matter.

... as we casually drove the main drag on our way out of town he had one hand outside the window with his middle finger fully extended ...

... I pretended I didn't know but we joked about it years later ...

...try this poem ... "My Last Time"

I remember the last time I had it
I was barely a man of three four
and though she was my kid's mother
turns out she's no more than a whore

You have all been thru hell and back, and then made another round trip. Hang in there. Tell him just to be the dad he has always been. I know it's hard. They will someday realize that he has done and still doing, everything he can.

So incredibly sad when the BM pulls this sh!t. She is really hurting those kids. They will grow up to hate her.

Make the time quality, not quantity...

I am really disappointed with Dr. Phil on this, he should follow thru. He requested you to be on the show. A personal call to Will would at least be something.

Would more letters help?
