We are the ones with the BM in FL and we just just emergency sole custody with no contact order. Well that was Monday.
Today while I'm at work CPS is at my house leaving a card that says someone reported that there are abused or neglected children in our home.
Yesterday I called the sheriff to try and get the FL papers were she had filed some bull and they had been trying to serve all week but we were hiding. Anyway, I live in the largest city in KY when I called the sheriffs office they immediately knew who I was and acted like my DH was some kind of criminal. I know, sticks and stones but regardless...
1) What else kind of cr@p can she pull?
2) What happens with CPS?
3) Is there anyway to stop this harrassment?

If they show up at your door, you hand them a copy of your emergency TRO, smile, and then direct them to please speak with your attorney if they have any further questions. Then, you shut the door.

Yes, but it will likely result in your being charged and convicted of murder.
I haven't laughed for weeks!
