it can still be done, but just cause mom is trying to get his visits supervised doesn't mean a judge is going to grant it.  Anyone can make a request to court, but that doesn't mean squat!  If your husband doesn't have a lawyer he needs to get one and fight this.  Since his slate is clean that chances are good he won't be getting supervised visits.

Like for instance can a person request the court that the CP made to live in a county or surrounding counties when the NCP lives over 2 and a half hours away?

Hey, just so you know in Texas I got WIC and the state never asked me about the father and him paying or nothing.  I know your in a different state, but WIC is a governmental program so I think having WIC is ok if there is a father paying or not.

Actually, this question was for a friend and I'm not sure if his ex will be willing to do this.  If she isn't I am wondering what a judge would say if he took this issue into court.  He is the NCP, pays support, regular visitation, etc... and is an honest guy.  He would rather not take something like this into court, but I'm just curious what would happen if he did.

Does anyone know laws on what courts do about the NCP wanting to get to claim their child EOY on their taxes and if courts ever do that or do most just let the CP do it?  And if you know the answer can you give me any links to laws on that?

All I can say is I'm so glad my ex takes our son to all sporting events, etc...on his weekends and vice versa.  My son's father sees that it is important that our son spends time with his peers doing sports and he wouldn't have it any other way!  In fact, if my son's father has to miss any visitation at all for DS's extracurricular activites he doesn't care as long as our son gets to be a normal child.  We Coparent really well and both agree our son needs the socialization with his friends.

It really is for the best!  It seems the judge has ordered this so there really isn't anything you can do about it other than abide by the court order.

thing is the mom used the child to shoplift and dad still gave custody to the mom.  It is only now that he has a girlfriend that suddenly he is concerned about the kids being with mom.  The judge won't give him custody because of that.
