I Am Going to be fully BLUNT!!!! You NEED TO GO FOR FULL CUSTODY!!!! nOT 50/50 as you proposed... I am in about the same situation with my EX... She is reaming me for the child support because she refuses to get a job and supplort her children... Find enough DIRT on her that you can... Which shouldn't be too hard considering the facts that you posted... Build a strong case against her!!!

Hello, Scott... Yes as soon as you can... as the baby is born you need to get the paternity test done. through the A G's office... So you can find out the real parental bond... I have Already gone through that... If you all weren't married, from what I can remember You have Little rights untill you establish paternity... At least in Texas... Keep Me updated on the issue at hand, if you would.... I am going through ABOUT the same situation that you are going through, But My child is 2 years old... Keep Me Posted!!!

Ok lets start out like this. My Ex girlfriend and i have a child together. It is not one of the better relationships. I have visitation of my daughter, I pay my child support and everything in that aspect. I think that my daughter would be better off living with me, rather than her grandmothers house. reason being, not to slander my Ex or anything like that. My ex does not have a job, She is married to a SEX OFFENDER and all of her 3 children don't even live with her!!! From her mothers word  I found out that she spends minimal time with the children, doesn't support them with even the bare minimum of my child support... Really I do need some help with finding out what I can do as a father so my daughter will be raised right and not neglected...Can someone help me with this???
