My son turns 18 yet may still be in high school for another 6 months, thus CS may continue until graduation. He is considering residing with me after he turns 18. If CS continues until he graduates, would my CS payments to my ex be discontinued? Thank you.

My ex wife has finally secured employment 7 years after our divorce. I am still making significant child support payments for our 3 teen and pre-teen aged children. Will her income be a basis for me to get child support reduced?

My son is doing great and has been accepted into the local running start program. Is he still considered "in high school" for the purposes of my child support payments continuing? He turns 18 in the middle of his academic year. Thanks.
