Actually you can do this thru the courts and it will be quicker then waiting for the cs office to do it, at least in my state, when my dh lost his job (lay offs) the cs office said it would take 3 months for them to do it, however he filed the paperwork thru the courts himself, set up a hearing date thru the court and it took 25 days and his cs went before teh courts and was reduced $150 a month.
