My xw has requested psychiatric evaluations, to reduce my custody to every other weekend, every other Wednesday and for my girls to change schools.

I went to court yesterday contesting the request for evals. The court decided that evals would be a waste of time and money. They denied her request and strongly suggested to not appeal this decision so as to not waste the courts time.

And the winner is,,, my children!

And what's even better is that she's now got the judge's attention as someone who's willing to waste the court's time to meet her greedy ends. The judge WILL remember her when you go before him on the 21st, and it WON'T be in a good way, LOL!
