Pro Se Modification

Hi!
New Here.
I am filing a pro se for custody mod.
My ex is manic/bi-polar, not medicated.
Drug use.
Un Safe hunting weapon storage.
Not using a car seat.
Just a poor example when it comes to responsibility and values.
Has been a recent problem in regards to child's pre/school/care center.
He doesn't want to pay anything for it so doesn't want child in program.
Has caused me to miss work and child to miss program.
I am filing for sole physical and legal - ex for visitation if treated for mental illness and weapons locked or removed.
I filed motion.
Typed complaint and child-raising plan.
He will admit mental defects but claims he is "functioning".
How do I get the PROOF. One police report from a couple years ago when he threw tables over at my work.
He recently committed himself for drug abd mental issues only to leave later that day.
I need to get all the proof I can before telling the judge these things.
HELP!
