I know, I was thinking the same thing.  What on earth could she come up with to justify a change in circumstances?

All her recent attempts to get my husband in trouble in November have failed.  She called the cops on my husband claiming he hit her while she was staying at our house for my SD's birthday weekend.  It all started with a discussion about cafeteria food and homework.(Needless to say we won't be letting her stay with us again, but regardless the cops said without any physical proof they couldn't take her word over ours.) She was irate and after the cops escorted her out of our home, she called CPS that same day and made up some crazy allegations about us.  The CPS worker came and found her claims to be unsubstantiated and actually spent more time talking with us about ways to relieve friction in custody disputes than about her claims.

I don't know what lies she has been telling her new attorney, but after she lied to the last judge and he called her on it in court and as well as in the order from that hearing, there is no way that I would want to try to lie again if I were her. Well see, I guess! I've been watching the court website everyday to see when and if she files.
