i was wondering if someone xould or would b willing to lead me to cases exisiting that nio's physocal sole mom's lose cusody (reversed to dad) becayse of her attidute. we had a decree in 2004 stating ever other week summer vacation, but when we moved in 2006 six months away, she firbid up to speak, see or tal to the child. the police, let alone would not file a reprt sice it was civiv, and from 6.12.08 until9/4/08 and 6/35 to current we have not see or heard from the child. she has changed her job, disconnnectd her home umber, rejects all emails we sento her (all conrdial, knwing that the judge willl read them-we have gone as fasr as ghighlighting the phonerecords of us calling her to trying ot talk to him.

i'm disabled, and my hudbnad's inocome coveres support and lining expenceses. the kid is 12 an doesn't know his name adress (either mom or dad), phonemnymber, city he lived in, and from january to june was in freqent schoolsexual problems--- writing prono stories, to posing dolls into positions,to being suspened in june for grbabbing anothe biys's genitals. we have his recprt cads tht he's continously slide (hnor roll to d an e) and cps, ss, anc courts would hep. i can't takemake more. if i knew this was how if wouldbe, i might not have marriaed my man,


does anyone know of any cases of verturn custody becyse of mom's uncopperative (mainy school and health) to dad or to sole legal custody

If the mother is proven unfit and the child is in an unfit environment, it's possible that custody could be turned over.  My DH won custody of my stepdaughter because her mother allowed the child to be abused.

Check to see if your state has a system where a children's lawyer or a guardian ad litem can be assigned to protect the interests of the child.

Has CPS been called on the mother?  It sounds like the child has way too much sexual knowledge for his age.  Combined with the acting out, it's possible that he's being or has been sexually abused.
