Momof3 - does the CO say what you're to do if you can't resolve thru mediation?  It sounds like with the drug issue that to really resolve the current arrangement, you would almost have to return to court.  Since the mediator is required to remain more a of neutral stance in the situation.

The only thing it mentions is to go to mediation if they can not agree upon terms in their CO.  We tried to go outside of mediation first and it didn't work.  My husband then signed up for mediation, funny thing is she always tries to make it sound as though she has already took the steps we have made yet there are no papers from her or in her name.  They have all been from my husband.

They only papers she has filed is with FSD over child support which he has paid.  All other threats she has never done.

We are pretty sure that we will have to go back to court.

Yes, sounds like you're headed that direction.  Good luck :-)
