Here's the WHOLE story. Ex hates me so she uses the kids

In 1998 I cheated on my wife and she left, we got a divocre and she was granted sole custody of the child and at that time she was pregant with our 2nd.  She filed a  protection from abuse for me cause she said i was mentally abusive, but then voluntary dropped that order a month later.  I was granted supervised visitations and the supervisor was my sister, so i agreed to it.  Why not she was my sister, she really didn't believe i would her my kid, she would always let me have her by myself and take her places.  But then My sister moved out of state, oh yeah i live in maine.  My sister moved to CA, so she couldn't superivsed anymore, and since me and my ex couldn't agree on a supervisor i didn't see my daughter too much, sometimes when my other sister came up from NH she would like her have them or my parents.  But In 2001 I filed to modfiy vistations to be unsuperivsed, I quit drinking in 1999 and attended an 48 week program for anger management.  The judge granted me my unsupervised visitations every other weekend and lots of holidays, but then three months into the visits she moved to Colorado.  I haven't seen my kids since, I do call them every weekend and every holiday I send them stuff, i've written letters to my ex asking to work something out to see the kids, I"ve offered to pay her and the kids plane tickets to come back to maine to visit she said no, she wants me out there and won't let me have the kids by myself.  I can afford to go out there cause not only will i pay for plane tickets but hotel and food, at least if she comes here she can stay with her parents.  Now I've filed to modify visitation for one month in the summer with shared transportation cost.  She filed back she wants me to get health insurance and wants visits to be supervised again.  In 2001 it was ordered for me not to provide heatlh insurance because its not a reasonable cost, and it still isnt'.  ANd for the visits, she wrote "led to believe i still drink and act in the same manner as before when i was granted supervised visitations.  Truth be told she's still mad, hates my wife, and doesn't want me to see my kids.  She has told people she's not worried that I will hurt my kids, she just wants revenge.  

Last week was mediation, she has provided no proof to her allegations about wanted supervised vistiations so that's out the window, but the day after mediation, she told a friend that none of this matters anyway cause he job is transferring overseas in the spring.  is there anything i can do about that issue where she's got sole custody.  My lawyer seems to think i have an 80percent chance of winning everything, but i just worry what she will do next.

Under the circumstances you have laid out,, your attorney is right.

Be cool, be reasonable, stay calm, dont raise your voice, dont lose your cool, do NOT email her or write unless you clear it with your attrny first. Type in haste,, repent after she hammers you in court. Remember that.

Keep a journal, document everything said, emailed, mailed and IF your state is a one party state, tape all calls.

Hello!  I'd love to send you some lobsters, my hubby told me this time of year they are kind of expense about 6.00 a pound but i guess that's cheaper then what you are paying huh?  I didn't think her job is really transferring her, she doesn't realize that i have an email sent up that i write to her, but she doesn't know its me she thinks it's a friend from high school.  So that's how i found out.  But i think she's has figured it out that i'm not that girl and said that hoping to get a response through our lawyers about that issue so she could prove that it was me.  The realize we didn't the imposter thing was only so we would know how the kids were doing and find out if she would ever be coming to maine to visit cause god knows she would never tell us.  It's work for 2 years now but i think she's starting to figure it out. so i've stopped for now.  are you far from Greeley?  what kind of town is that, do they have good schools? good neighborhoods?
