Just so you know, your spouse's sexuality will have little or no impact on custody- it's usually not a factor in the decision.

It will be a factor since she jumped into a lesbian relationship with a dyke my son dislikes a great deal and does not want in his house. She refuses to explain anything to the 11yr old boy. He has NO interaction with her partner and he is feeling like a the "odd boy out"
