Contempt

Who has taken filed contempt on their ex? my dh and i need to file contempt on his ex due to not showing up for the drop off of kids (we have a  court ordered parenting plan), not allowing for ANY phone contact, moving and not letting us know where, not givng us info on the kids schools....etc (goes on and on)

we hired an attorney and all we wanted was for her to file contempt! well, 14 months and $3500 later, she has done NOTHING!!!!!

we got rid of her, now we just need to know how to do this ourselves, any advice will be greatly appreciated.

btw, i document EVERYTHING. and the case will be in montana.

Though I don't see the specific form you need, the motion to modify a parenting plan might be a good starting point for creating your own motion to find in contempt.
